How to Use Essential Oils for Sleep

With a three year old and one year old, I have come to really appreciate my sleep. It makes a huge difference in how I am able to travel through my day on a physical, mental and emotional level. There have been times over the past few years when sleep was a big issue for myself or my kids and essential oils really helped us smooth things out and get the rest we all needed. I wanted to make sure you knew there were natural solutions out there, and that waking up feeling rested is a possibility for you and your family as well.

    I have always said I believed myself to be a incense burner in the temple in a prior life lol ? I love E.O’s was one of the venue’s that started me on my journey prior to Reiki.
