How to Raise Your Vibration to Manifest What You Want
Everything in the Universe vibrates at a particular frequency from the solid rock on the ground, the light around you and the information being passed through cell towers, satellites and more. As humans, we also vibrate at varying frequencies. Our thoughts, memories and emotions also hold their own frequencies.
Most people have heard of The Law of Attraction, but many know little about The Law of Vibration. It is worth understanding this law because it is truly the basis of The Law of Attraction and what fuels your ability to manifest what you desire.
The level that you vibrate at colors how you will experience events, situations, and people in your life which then attract more things that match your frequency. If you are vibrating at a frequency of happiness, you will witness people and situations that will make you happy.
Some people compare your frequency with that of a magnet. You will bring in the circumstances and people that resonate with your frequency. Another way to look at it is that your world is a mirror, showing you what your inner vibration is.
This is not meant to cast judgement, but rather to empower you. If things are not as you would like them to be in your life, you have the power to shift things and it is all within you.
Our beliefs create emotions. Our emotions lead our actions. Our actions set our intention. Combined, these set our frequency.

- You have lost interest in setting goals.
It is easy to notice the difference between high and low vibration energy if you are observant. When you are in a high vibration state, you could feel blessed, full of life, and happiness. You are grateful for your life and world around you. You experience and understand your power, feel a sense of peace, clarity, and love. You have much more understanding and patience, and it is then easier to manifest what you desire.
When you are in a lower vibration, you may feel angry, sad, depressed, and feel unsettled overall.
Music is a compelling way to raise vibration. Every song, every note has a particular frequency. So, when you are sad, don’t listen to songs that will make you even more miserable. Pay attention to how you feel when you listen to particular types of music and then try to listen to something that makes you feel good. Listen to music that makes you want to dance, move, and play.
Writing down your thoughts is an ideal way to understand the level on which you vibrate. At the same time, it is one of the ways to raise your frequency by practicing gratitude. Every day write down what you enjoy in your life. Shift the focus from what you want to what you have and be grateful for it.
If you begin writing and have a hard time getting to gratitude, start by doing a brain dump of all of the negativity. Do not edit or censor, just pour it out on the page (you can discard it after). There will come a point where there is nothing negative left to write. Then, start with some hopeful writing and move up in frequency until you are writing some things you are grateful for and looking forward to in the future.
Visualization is a powerful tool. It helps you get into the energy of what you want to manifest. Taking time to visualize good things will raise your vibration. Set aside 20 minutes per day to visualize. Try to be alone, close your eyes, and imagine living the way you desire. The goal is to achieve the desired emotion and be in that energy of it. Try this right when you wake up and right before you go to sleep.
Think back to your best memory. Remember a time where you felt great and aligned with the world. Take a piece of paper and pencil and then draw whatever comes to your mind.
Another way you can be creative is to color in a coloring book. This mindful activity has become a popular form of stress-relief for adults and will relax your mind and body. It’s a great way to de-stress at the end of the day.

- Writing songs
- Writing stories
- Playing music
- Or any other creative activity you enjoy
Try taking on a project to create something in your space– like a shelf for your room, or paint a fence, door, or window. Use your imagination to change something in your surroundings. That can help create shifts within.
Surround yourself with people who have not forgotten how to have fun and who make you happy and smile. We know through the principle of entrainment, that you will adapt your energy according to the energy around you. Surround yourself with people who lift you up. Pay attention to how you feel when you are consuming information (news, social media, chatting with friends). If you feel better after watching kitten videos – do more of that. If you feel worse and lower energy after the news, cut back.
If you are feeling like you are in an energetic state you can’t get yourself out of, seek support. Listen to your intuition and see what you are feeling called to. Do you need to talk to someone professional? Do you need an energy worker? Do you need an intuitive reading?
This can happen in many ways, you can raise your frequency by connecting with the earth energy. You can take off your shoes and walk in the grass, go to your local forest or sanctuary, sit by a body of water, even have a bath or shower. If possible, sit by a fire. Bring in crystals and essential oils you are called to. All of these elements are purifying.
