Alignment Crystal Grid and Essential Oil Blend
Things are starting to shift through – can you feel it?
Personally this month felt like being in a windstorm, watching all of the debris fly around. I found when I was able to slow down and release my expectations and be centered – the beauty of this energetic chaos came through. Just as we do in our Reiki sessions – focus on Being rather than Doing, doing that in life will ensure our actions are aligned with our higher selves. We move from a state of reaction to loving response.
I love creating a grid each month and had the toughest time over the past few weeks. Nothing looked right, everything felt dissonant (of course a reflection of my own process). It was not until a few days ago that things fell in to place. This grid is meant to help us all stay aligned with our highest vibrations and those of the goals we intend to reach. My three year old daughter loves crystals and gave this her nod of approval.
The crystals in this grid are:
Clear quartz generator – generates and focuses energy to help us manifest our goals.
Citrine – helps us to clear our energy and motivate us to move towards our goals. It attracts happiness.
Clear quartz – amplifies our intentions and the energy of the crystals.
Hematite – helps to release dissonant energy and ground us while helping us focus on our goals.
Seed of Life Grid – harmony, balance and seeing things to completion.
Something I have also been enjoying immensely is creating essential oil energy blends that correspond with my grid and focus for the month. Here is the blend I made this month – also intended to help you anchor and align with your amazing and powerful truth. Here is the essential oil blend.
Cypress can help to dislodge stagnant and stuck energy and beliefs that are keeping us distracted or paralyzed.
Siberian Fir is a beautiful grounding oil that can help us be present so we can more clearly see our goals and what we need to release to reach them.
Wild Orange is also known as the oil of abundance and can help us to see the many opportunities available to us that align with our dreams.
Myrrh is used to soothe you and support you as you shift into alignment with your ideal self and life.
Cedarwood can help you connect with others with similar frequencies and create a community of support on your journey.
Patchouli helps us to bring our spiritual energies down into the physical plane so that we can make our vision a reality.
Ginger helps us to take the steps needed each day to continue to align and resonate with our dreams and highest level of awareness.

Hi Susan – depending on your location, you could purchase the crystals separately and then create your own grid. I am sorry I don’t have a more convenient solution for you Susan.

I purchased the crystal course and had my attunement, it was a lovely experience and am thankful for the introduction, I have not been connecting with my crystals for about ,2 – 3 weeks now and unsure why.
