MEET Lisa
Some years ago I felt lost. I was weighed down, out of alignment, and stuck in a life that did not feel like mine. Reiki is what changed that. It gave me a way back to my own body, and it gave me something steady to stand on. Over the years that followed I deepened the practice with crystals, and meditation, and I began to teach.
That was 23 years ago. Since then more than 245,000 students have taken my courses, and more than 77,000 of them have left a review. Every one of those people trusted a stranger on the internet with something personal, and the responsibility of that I do not take that lightly.
I hold a Bachelor of Kinesiology and a Bachelor of Education, which is an unusual pairing for this field and a useful one. Kinesiology gave me a grounded understanding of the body and how energy moves through it. Education gave me the part that matters just as much — how to teach something so that a person can actually learn it, on their own, at their own pace, without a teacher in the room.
I am also the Director of the International Reiki Organization, which helps practitioners and supports them once they begin working with clients of their own.
What I offer is not a shortcut and it is not a secret. It is a clear, thorough, self-paced path through Reiki Levels I, II and Master, with a personal attunement for each level, a 250-page pdf manual to keep, and certification at the end. My hope is simply that you find it as helpful as I did.
